Medical Cannabis Card
If you want to legally consume cannabis for medicinal purposes in the state of New Mexico you must first apply for your medical cannabis card. Once you have your medical cannabis card you may either purchase medical cannabis from a distributor or grow your own cannabis. After your application has been approved you will be supplied with a list of licensed cannabis distributors as well as a list a places to legally buy cannabis seeds and clones from so that you can grow your own medical cannabis.


Medical Cannabis Doctor
If you have not been diagnosed with a ailment by a doctor we have several doctors available that can diagnose you and provide you with the necessary medical records to obtain your medical cannabis card. We have both mental health specialists as well as physicians who can diagnose any of the qualifying conditions for medicinal cannabis. We also have PTSD specialists that can sign your medical marijuana certificate.


Medical Record Retrieval
In order to apply for your medical cannabis card in New Mexico you will need to obtain medical records in order to prove that you you have a medical illness. If you already have a diagnoses from a doctor and would like to have your medical records retrieved you can use our medical record retrieval service. If you have not been diagnosed by a doctor yet, we also have doctors available that can diagnose your condition and supply you with the necessary medical records in order for you to receive your medical cannabis card.

About the Medical Cannabis Program
The Medical Cannabis Program in New Mexico was designed to provide compassionate care for people that have medical illnesses and prefer to use natural remedies to alleviate their symptoms. The medical cannabis program was voted into law by the People of New Mexico in 2007 through the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act which allows people to use medical cannabis to treat a wide variety of medical conditions including both mental and physical health issues.
