He completed Medical School at Oklahoma University. His completed his Family Practice Residency was at Oklahoma Health Science Center. He is a Board Certified Family Physician for 25 years. Our goal is the create healthy families and encourage a better quality of life.

Doctor Sturch is Board Certified in Family Medicine. His doctorate degree is from Oklahoma Univeristy. His undergraduate degree is in Chemistry at Southeastern Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Medical Association -AMA, Oklahoma Physician Acadamy - OPA

The required form is called a Medical Marijuana Recommendation. Once the recommendation is completed by Dr. Sturch you can go online to OMMA.ok.gov to apply for the Medical Marijuana license. You will need to upload a photo of yourself, and complete the online application. You will also need to have a email address to check the status of your application.

Thank you for choosing Dr Sturch. Please bring a valid Oklahoma license or other government ID that shows you are a resident of Oklahoma. It would be helpful to bring your medication sheet and any other documentation needed for recommendation. The cost of recommendation is $160.00 paid at the time of service. We accept most credit cards. If you have Medicaid or Medicare please bring you card. Medicaid and Medicare will be billed. Medicare and Medicaid clients will be responsible for deductibles only. At this time we do not see children or women who are pregnant. Passports are not accepted as proof of residency.
