Dr. James Joseph Faremouth is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He completed his residency in July of 1999 at Horizon Health Systems, a division of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 1996, Chicago, Illinois. He did his internship at Bi-County Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan from June 1996 to July 1997. Undergraduate degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan 1990.

Dr. Faremouth has built a reputation as a practitioner that individualizes each client by customizing their treatment. Dr. Faremouth is trained in nonsurgical facial aesthetics. He evaluates the client’s personality, facial structure, and lifestyle when choosing treatment options that ultimately bring out one’s natural beauty. As an Osteopathic Physician, Dr. Faremouth is trained to look at the entire patient in a very holistic manner.

He is originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, where he maintained a private practice prior to moving to Naples, Florida in December 2007. Dr. Faremouth is married with two beautiful daughters. He has a seven-year old retriever, which he adores. Walking Lola is a daily occurrence.

Dr. Faremouth began in Naples, FL by opening the walk-in clinic on Collier Blvd for Anchor Health. After Anchor was purchased by NCH, Dr. Faremouth joined the Millennium Physician Group seeing hospital, clinic and nursing home patients. In 2014, Dr. Faremouth joined Premier Hospitalist Group where he followed his patients in the hospital and nursing home settings.

Last year he started his own concierge medical practice, which provides patients a personal physician arrangement.
When he finds the time he does enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing, and motorcycling.
