Dr Peter Pryor changed career paths after working his last shift January 3rd 2014 as a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Attending. It was his desire to investigate the Medical Marijuana Culture that has been growing over the years in Colorado. He is excited to have opened an office used to evaluate patients seeking access to Medical Marijuana as a treatment alternative to narcotic pain control. It is his desire to provide a friendly, safe and informative environment for patients to learn about Medical Marijuana and the rapidly evolving uses as well as providing a forum for sharing their experiences.

Who can get a card?

Over age 18

18 – 29 requires medical records

Colorado resident

Valid Drivers license or State ID

Must have one or more of the state recognized medical conditions

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD

Autism spectrum disorder

Severe Pain

Severe Nausea

Glaucoma

HIV/AIDS

Seizure Disorder

Cachexia

Persistent Muscle Spasms

Cancer

If you are on probation or pretrial you MUST have medical records even if you have been to see me before.

What are medical records

Medical records are documents created after a visit with a doctor

These should be acquired by you prior to booking and brought to the appointment

Required for patients aged 18-29

Required for any consideration of high plant count

Required for anyone on probation or requiring MMJ license for court issues

Payment options – Need cash AND credit card/checking account routing and account numbers

Currently for doctor’s fees all must be paid in cash

Online State fee must be paid by debit credit card and is $26.33 in total.
