He has recently come out of retirement in order to offer this valuable service to his community. Dr. Mitnick is quite knowledgeable on the subject of cannabis and is a huge proponent of its health benefits. Our practice is 100% cannabis focused. We do not diagnose or treat patients as a primary care provider would. About Us
We offer medical marijuana certifications to qualified patients--pediatric or adult (including hospice patients). Cannabis is an alternative form of treating many common ailments and medical conditions. Some such ailments include: chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, cachexia, anorexia, severe nausea, glaucoma, seizures, muscle spasms, and any other chronic condition not helped by traditional treatments. Dr. Mitnick is a board certified physician who was a practicing pediatrician for over 40 years. He is very well known and loved in the community which includes Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Pikesville, Randallstown, Baltimore, Towson, Timonium, Essex, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, White Marsh, Finksburg, Eldersburg and Westminster. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. We are now offering limited weekend appointments for a nominal additional fee of $20. We also offer late day/evening appointments on Thursdays.

Our office is located in Owings Mills, right near the border of Reisterstown. We are directly across the street from Royal Farms. We are 2/10 of a mile west of The Goodwill and approximately 7/10 of a mile east of Franklin Blvd. Our peaceful and comfortable office is located in a restored brick home. Please drive to the rear of the building. You will walk onto the rear deck, enter through the door and walk up the interior stairs to our suite.

Our office is shared with a local massage therapist, although our businesses are not affiliated. You will feel at home in our tastefully decorated space. If you are unable to ascend stairs, please inform staff and we will accommodate you and modify the visit to suit your specific needs.

As a lifelong resident of Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Mitnick takes pride in his community. We are 25 minutes from Baltimore City, home of the National Aquarium, Camden Yards--home of the Baltimore Orioles, and M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens. Maryland is well known for its amazing steamed blue crabs and National Bohemian beer. The Baltimore Inner Harbor is a favorite tourist spot and is home of the Maryland Science Center and the Museum of Industry. The Port of Baltimore is now open for cruise ships from Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruises. Some well known colleges and universities in our area include: The University of Maryland College Park, UMBC, Morgan State University, Stevenson University, University of Baltimore, Johns Hopkins University and Towson State University. Area high schools include Franklin High, Owings Mills High, Randallstown High, Westminster High and Winters Mill High.
