Bloom Healthcare was one of the first doctor's offices to offer medical marijuana recommendations, in Oklahoma. Have your questions answered, and anxieties relieved with a face to face visit with one of our board-certified doctors.

Our staff has extensive experience with filling out and processing the necessary paperwork, for the OMMA application. Let us take the confusion and headache out of the medical cannabis application paperwork.

The total cost for medical marijuana evaluations is $204.30. The fee to Bloom Healthcare for establishing the patient visit, follow up care, the MMJ recommendation, and filing the documents with the OMMA is $100. The state of Oklahoma charges an additional $104.30 ($22.50 for Medicare, Medicaid, or SoonerCare patients) for the processing of the application and issuance of your card.

Upon completion of your medical marijuana evaluation and approval by Bloom Healthcare, Inc doctors, a balance of $100 is due and payable at the time of your appointment. The total cost for medical marijuana evaluations is $204.30 including application fee to the OMMA. We offer a discount for veterans. Check the deals for more information.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork and please register with the OMMA at omma.ok.gov prior to your appointment to expedite the process of completing your application.
