Medical Cannabis Doctor cannot accept a copy of the patient's original recommendation, and the previous medical marijuana recommendation cannot be over 30 days past the expiration date to qualify for renewal. Patients renewing a medical marijuana recommendation that came from OC Medical Marijuana Doctor will not need to provide their previous recommendation, as their information is securely stored in their system.
