We MUST meet at a residence such as your home, a friend's home, and/or a relative's home. We will not meet up in public places or dorms. There is always going to be a 45 minimum wait time for all orders. We encourage you to do your best to get your order into us at least 15 minutes before we close, as we experience a very high volume of orders at that time.
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR VALID MED CARD & ID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AS WELL AS PRIOR TO ORDERING. (We will not be able to serve you if you can not present your cards at the time of delivery, thank you for understanding.)
ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A $50 MINIMUM DONATION $5 delivery fee: Lansing & East Lansing $10-$25 delivery fee: Holt, Mason, Dewitt, Potterville, Williamston, Bath, Perry, Charlotte, Okemos, Haslett, Eaton Rapids, Portland & Grand Ledge.
Things To Know Before Ordering:

2. First time patients of Mobile Releaf will recieve $5.00 off your first order.
3. When calling to place an order if you are unable to get through, please send a text & we will call you back as soon as we can.
4. Please put your order in by 8pm Monday-Saturday, and 7pm on Sundays.. If we are unable to get to you before closing time then we won't be able to take your order to you until the next day.
5. We love answering questions, but we are unable to discuss our prices over the phone. We ask that you take a look at our menu to see what products we have available before calling. Once you get an idea of what you want we would love to help assist you with picking the best products for you!
6. When placing your order if you are not able to recieve it immediately or within the given time frame please let us know as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements for you if needed. If for some reason you have to leave before your order arrives (ATM, Emergency, etc) please let us know so that we can adjust your delivery time, we are very understanding but we don't want to inconvinence our drivers or any other patients.
7. We do accept pre-orders as long as they are made at least 2-3 hours in advance. In case of higher volume wait times we ask that you leave open a 45-60 minute window from requested delivery time.
Return Policy: We want to make sure that everyone is happy with our product and service. We would love to fix any issue you may have but please notify us within 48 hours of recieiving your delivery. We understand that you may not always use your products right away, so please take the time to make sure all cartridges work properly and aren't leaking, flower is to standard for you, and all your products are satisfactory.
