Exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs

All exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval

Unsastified- return Item

Item must be new and sealed and in their original packaging

We charge a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The $10 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.

No refund or exchange is available for smoking accessories. If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.

DELIVERY ETIQUETTE: Couriers must complete deliveries at your door of an private address and away from public view. We CANNOT deliver to public places, parking lots, or school campus commons/housing. For the safety of all parties, our drivers will text and call you when they arrive.



ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME: Our dispatchers will give you a default ETA after your order is placed in our system; however, it can be less than 30mins. You will get a correct ETA tracking link via text once our driver is on the way. If any delays occur, our dispatcher will follow up with you. We will give you update every step on the way, so you can go on with your choirs without sitting at one place and wonder when your order’s deliveried.



The drop pins only show the area our service covered. Our couriers are mobile, so the ETA will be different every time. If your availability changes , we can always reschedule for the next available route or for the next day free of charge. Thank you for your patient.
